Also known as Potthast, this is an attempt to list all the sources pertinent to the study of medieval history, with emphasis on published collections. In several sections: A and B: short-title listings of sources arranged by country; C: alphabetical list of collections of sources; D: list of individual texts with entries for authors and conventional titles, giving for each location of manuscripts, editions, translations and commentaries; Vita: list of accounts of the saints, again citing manuscripts, editions, translations and commentaries; Anhang: chronological lists of sources arranged by country. Not completely trustworthy, but very important for locating medieval texts.
