Blackboard recently discontinued the free Blackboard Mobile Learn app and transitioned to a paid access model.

The Blackboard Mobile Learn app is available for users of iOS and Android devices on any network for a fee of $1.99/yr or $5.99 for unlimited use. More information about the app is available from Blackboard.
