Blackboard Status:

The Blackboard Status Report provides information about known system outages. System administrators will use the status page to communicate information about system problems and, when possible, provide an estimation of anticipated downtime.

Bb-Announce List:

The Blackboard Support Team provides an e-mail list service which will provide you with any important system announcements, such as planned/unplanned downtime and status reports. Any University of Pennsylvania affiliate may subscribe. This list is employed solely for announcements and is configured to use an administrators-only reply-to address, rather than an address directed to all list subscribers. You will not receive e-mail from other subscribers.
