LOST CHECKS

If your check is lost, stolen, or goes stale, you can receive a replacement check, but you will be charged $25 per check by the University's Payroll Department. Checks are good for 180 days (about 6 months). To replace a check, please speak with the Student Coordinator in Room 239.
