Wendy Moffat, author of A Great Unrecorded History: A New Life of E. M. Forster
and
Justin Spring, author of Secret Historian: The Life and Times of Samuel Steward, Professor, Tattoo Artist, and Sexual Renegade
speaking about and reading from their recent biographies of two literary-sexual dissidents. A Great Unrecorded History was a New York Times, "Top 10 Book of the Year." Spring's Secret Historian, a New York Times, "Notable Book of the Year," was a finalist for the 2010 National Book Award.
Copies of both books will be on sale and the authors will sign copies after their talks. A reception with light refreshments follows in the Meyerson Lobby.
