The Penn Library has started online subscriptions to two African fulltext e-journal collections produced by Sabinet, a South African database vendor, with fulltext backfiles in PDF-format beginning in 2000 and some titles extending back to 1996.

eSA Publications: Social Sciences & Humanities Collection
Provides fulltext for 89 titles, including: African Education Review, African Security Review, Communicatio, English in Africa, Ife PsychologIA, Indilinga African Journal of Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Journal for Contemporary History, Journal of African Elections, Language Matters: Studies in the Languages of Southern Africa, SA Crime Quarterly, Shakespeare in Southern Africa, South African Journal of Philosophy, and Southern African Journal of HIV Medicine.

eSA Publications: Law Collection
Provides fulltext for 32 titles, slightly overlapping the larger Social Sciences & Humanities Collection. Titles include: Acta Criminologica, African Human Rights Law Journal, African Journal on Conflict Resolution, Annual Survey of South African Law, Article 19 (on corporal punishment), Juta's Business Law, South African Journal of Criminal Justice, South African Law Journal, and Stellenbosch Law Review.
