The Veterinary Library is pleased to sponsor four "hands-on" PowerPoint training sessions. The sessions will take place at New Bolton Center in the CAHP Computer Lab.

PowerPoint I - Tues., Feb. 24, 2004 - 10am-12noon OR 1:30pm-3:30pm

This workshop will cover the basics of PowerPoint. Participants will learn to create new presentations, apply design templates, manipulate text, insert graphics, prepare notes and handouts from PowerPoint slides, save presentations, and more.

PowerPoint II - Thurs., Mar. 18, 2004 - 10am-12noon OR 1:30pm-3:30pm (booked, waiting list only)

This course will cover the more advanced features of PowerPoint. Participants will learn to create their own templates using master slides, import images from the Web, use Custom Animation, insert graphs and tables, and more. PLEASE NOTE: This course is fast-paced and addressed to users who have previous experience with the software.
