Get your research paper off to a great start. Meet one-on-one with a research expert!

From Monday, November 22nd through Friday, December 17th, the Library is offering one-on-one term paper research appointments with Van Pelt reference librarians. The hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Other meeting times are available by special appointment.

Additional night sessions with reference assistants are available Sunday through Thursday nights from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. Meetings with research assistants will take place in room G101.10 in the Goldstein Undergraduate Study Center.

To sign up for a personal appointment, stop by the Van Pelt Library Reference Desk, call (215) 898-7556, or send an email to library@pobox.upenn.edu with your name, email address, phone number, paper topic, course department, and course number.

To guarantee an appointment, students must sign up by 5:00 p.m. one weekday in advance of the scheduled session.
