Anu Vedantham, Director of the Weigle Information Commons, and David Toccafondi, Coordinator of the Vitale Digital Media Lab, represented Penn Libraries at the 2008 New Media Consortium Summer Conference, hosted at Princeton University June 11 through 14. They presented a summary of student-created video projects, including results from the annual mashup contest. The NMC selected the Weigle Information Commons for one of ten awards for "Five Minutes of Fame."
