Bruce Nichols of The Museum Catering Company stands between representatives of the Dock Street Brewing Company, holding their adaptation of a 1726 ale recipe. The Museum Caterers also adapted antique recipes from the Esther Bradford Aresty Collection of Rare Books on the Culinary Arts for dishes served at the reception and the dinner.
