Sydney S. Keil Collection Fund
Jeffrey D. Keil, Wharton '65, a Library Overseer, donated an important collection of materials on early Latin American history and culture, in memory of his father, Sydney S. Keil, College '33.
At the same time, he created the Sydney S. Keil Collection Fund, which was immediately augmented by gifts from Sydney Keil's many friends and admirers. The fund is used to acquire additional materials on Latin American history for the Annenberg Rare Book and Manuscript Library.
Materials purchased through this fund include:
- Documentos relativos a los creditos de Yucatan a cargo del gobierno federal : al peligro que corrió el estado en 1848 de ver consumada su total ruina por la guerra de los indios bárbaros : á la generosidad con que en tan duro conflicto le auxiliaron
- Exhortacion a los patrioticos distinguidos de Fernando septimo : de un americano de los mismos.

- Mercurio de Nueva York.
