CHOP and other School of Medicine affiliates need to get appropriate sponsorship to obtain a PennKey Setup Code.

UPHS employees may obtain PennKey set-up codes at various stations within the health system.

UPHS and CHOP patrons who do not have a PennCard will still need to have a Biomedical Library Gold Card/barcode number to use other Library services - such as ILL, Storage Document Delivery, BorrowDirect - and to borrow print materials or check their library accounts. Stop at the Circulation Desk of the Biomedical Library either to renew your barcode or to obtain a new one. Gold Card/barcode numbers must be renewed yearly.
