Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Penn card may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall

Edward-Isaac Dovere is a staff writer at The Atlantic. He was the founding editor of City Hall and The Capitol, two news magazines that covered New York City and State politics. He is also the former Chief Washington Correspondent for Politico

Dovere started his career covering New York politics, and he has reported on US and international politics from Riyadh and Cedar Rapids, from New Hampshire and Hiroshima. His work has been recognized by the New York Press Club and Society of Professional Journalists, and he is the winner of the 2017 Merriman Smith Award from the White House Correspondents Association.
