Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Penn card may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall

In 1991 The Gemmill Family Book Fund was endowed to purchase books or other materials on the theory or practice of neoclassical architecture in the United States or related architectural or decorative arts topics for the Fine Arts Library at Penn.

Over the years a number of important resources have been acquired through the fund, including Henry Aldrich, Elementa architecturae civilis ad Vitruvii verterumque disciplinam,1789, William Salmon, Palladio Londinensis, 1734, and Martino Bassi, Dispareri in materia d'architettura,1572.
