Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Penn card may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall

Michael supports library engagement, instruction, and outreach at the Fisher Fine Arts Library for the students, faculty, and staff of the History of Art department and the Stuart Weitzman School of Design. He supervises bargaining unit staff, stewards the Materials Library and Fine Arts Image Collection, and collaborates with Fisher staff on managing the library's collection. He also serves as a subject specialist librarian in art, art history, and fine arts for Penn Libraries.

Michael previously served as the Materials & Images Librarian at Fisher where he managed the Materials Library, Image Collection, and 3D scanning program. Before Penn, Michael was the Digital Collections Specialist at Temple University Libraries, where he also held Bibliographic Assistant titles working in digitization. He previously worked for the Presbyterian Historical Society as the Reformatting Technician and an Archives Technician. He holds a MA in modern and contemporary art history from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, and a MSLS from Clarion University.
