Barbara A. McKinnon
Barbara is responsible for managing public and staff computing support services, and is responsible for leading and coaching a dynamic team of IT Customer Support professionals. Barbara has worked in Higher Education for 20 years; in that time, she’s managed and developed IT customer support teams, and leveraged student employee work groups to achieve desired outcomes.
Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Drexel University College of Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern University School of Business. Barbara specializes in providing superior customer service, project management planning, training, and team development.
