Chava coordinates Education Commons services, including 3D printing and other technology resources for teaching and collaboration. Chava moved to the Education Commons from the Weigle Information Commons, where she worked as an intern, providing support for web design, coding, and developing an online presence.
Before coming to Penn, Chava worked as an attorney with various legal organizations, such as the Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania and the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia. She brings to librarianship a passion for making information accessible to all and working with diverse learners.
Chava holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from Drexel University, a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University.
