Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty, and staff with a valid Penn card, as well as Alumni Weekend attendees with name badges, may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall. Ellis D. Williams Endowment Fund

Ellis D. Williams, College 1865 and Law 1869, established this fund in 1923. One of the first Philadelphia lawyers to develop title insurance law, he was regarded as one of the foremost real estate experts in the area.

Upon his death in 1928, his bequest added to his unrestricted Library fund, which today continues to help provide resources for the Penn community.
