Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty, and staff with a valid Penn card, as well as Alumni Weekend attendees with name badges, may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall. Kelin is arranging and describing records from the Elizabeth Fee papers in order to make them available and accessible to researchers..

Before coming to Penn, Kelin was the Photo Archivist at the Chester County History Center and the project archivist for the John Rhoden papers at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. She additionally held library technician and student positions at the National Gallry of Art, the Library of Congress, and the Kislak Center.

Kelin holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French and Francophone Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
