Funding and Partnership Opportunities for Penn Partners
University of Pennsylvania programs and centers interested in hosting America 250 at Penn activities can consult the following funders and partners within the University and beyond.
Internal Funding Sources
- Sachs Program for Arts Innovation: Sachs will provide support for the arts at Penn and the wider Philadelphia region; Grant opportunities that align with the themes of 2026. Grant making will support art-making in the university; does not have to be art-centric, but must have a creative component (flexible).
- SNF Paideia program: The Program will provide support for courses for 2026 which focus on dialogue around democracy and citizenship President’s Office: Draw Down the Lightning Grants
- America 250 Course Development Grants: Applications are now open for Penn faculty interested in developing undergraduate and graduate courses that engage directly with America 250 and its themes.
