Collection Overview

The central collections documenting Mumford's life and career are the Lewis Mumford Papers (Ms. Coll. 2, 197 boxes), and a later donation, the Sophia Wittenberg Mumford papers (Ms. Coll. 958, 48 boxes), both held in the Kislak Center. Other smaller collections and more recent acquisitions complement these collections. Following is a separation list.
