Mindful Movement at the Penn Dental School Library

In this workshop Marian Reiff from Penn Student Health and Counseling will lead attendees through a series of mindful yoga movements. Learn simple techniques, including stretching, strengthening, breathing, balancing and relaxation, that can be incorporated into daily life to help relieve stress, improve concentration, and enhance wellbeing.
