From blueprints to business records, postcards to photographs, buttons to bags, tens of thousands of items related to public markets create a collection unique in size and scope. Spanning four centuries, from locations near and far, O’Neil’s talk honors the rich history of public markets, beginning with highlights from Philadelphia and continuing with selections from around the world.
