A 3D printed soap plumbus

Learn how to design your own molds using 3D printing and then cast shea butter soap into our pre-made sample molds to take home! We will have essential oils and dried herbs, so you can add your favorite ingredients, but feel free to bring in your own. Just in time to make your own personalized gift for that special someone? Also yes, the plumbus is soap.

Learning Goal:
Students will learn 3D modeling with an emphasis on positive & negative molds to create customizable designs and learn how to mix and cast their own soap

Learning Outcome:
Students will be able to utilize CAD technologies for any future project and learn how different molding types and processes work.
