Census data provides valuable insights into population demographics, housing characteristics, and more. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to access and download census data and then map it in QGIS, a free and open-source GIS software, to visualize patterns and trends. No prior experience with GIS or census data is required. By the end of the workshop, you'll be able to create informative maps that can enhance your research or decision-making processes.

Since this is a hands-on workshop, bringing your own laptop is highly recommended so you can follow along at your own pace!
