This online session will provide an overview of some of the most common open access publishing models and the Penn Libraries' current agreements with publishers. These agreements cover Article Processing Charges (APCs) enabling Penn Authors to publish their articles Open Access for free. By the end of this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of:
No prior experience or knowledge of open access publishing is required to attend this session.
This workshop is being presented by Holly Zerbe, head of collections at the Penn Libraries, who has negotiated and set up the Libraries’ Open Access publishing agreements.
