In this event, Dot Porter and Christine Kemp will talk about their work on the Franken-book-of-hours, an experimental artist's book made of sections of digitized books of hours, with bindings based on historical book bindings from Penn's collections. This project touches on aspects of manuscript studies, digitization, and the creative interpretation of historical materials.
