Spinning Fiber into Yarn

Learn to prepare fibers for hand spinning into yarn on a drop spindle. We will overview carding fleece by hand and use a drum carder from the Materials Library. The group can blend different colors of fleece to make a unique bat for spinning. Participation in this workshop includes a 3D printed Turkish drop spindle and fiber to spin.
