Support for Publishing Workshops
Learn the ins and outs of the publishing process through a series of workshops hosted by the Penn Libraries in collaboration with the Grad Center at Penn.
This workshop will provide an overview of logistics for creating podcasts with resources available to Penn students.
In addition to covering questions like what students need to know to create a podcast from start to publication, participants will learn about recording studio locations, editing software, how to borrow equipment, and how to request technical support through Penn Libraries.
The workshop will also include a demo of Garageband and a tour of the Ormandy Music and Media Center recording studios in Van Pelt-Deitrich Library Center.
For more on podcasts, see the recent blog post on Considerations for Creating and Publishing Podcasts as Scholarship.
