Saul & Frances Gorn Fund

Upon the death of Frances Gorn in 2002, the Penn Libraries received a bequest of the scientific, technical, and historical books from the collection of the late Professor Saul Gorn, a pioneer in computer and information science who served on the Penn faculty for more than 30 years. The estate gift also included funds to establish the Saul & Frances Gorn Fund, the proceeds from which have been used to acquire additional materials in the field of computer science.
