Introduction to BioCyc

Learn to work with BioCyc: a collection of Pathway Genome Databases (PGDBs) that provides information on genomes and metabolic pathways for thousands of organisms!

This 90-minute workshop will provide an introduction to BioCyc and showcase the various features BioCyc supports. In addition, there will be an interactive demo that complements the overview on BioCyc.
