On June 18, curator Dot Porter will be joined by Judaica Special Collections Cataloging Librarian Louis Meiselman, who will show us two illuminated ketubahs, or Jewish marriage contracts.
The Association for Computers and the Humanities (ACH) will hold ACH 2026, a virtual conference, from June 24-26, 2026. The Penn Libraries will serve as a Regional Hub for the conference, providing a space for participants to watch the virtual conference sessions together.

This talk shares the results of a carbon footprint assessment of Penn Libraries’ digital collections environments and explores how storage decisions, redundancy, and system design shape environmental impact.
