Alyssa serves as technical lead for the main Penn Libraries website. She develops and oversees progressive feature enhancements to the site while training library staff on its functionality and serving as a resource regarding its technical capabilities to colleagues planning upcoming projects. She is also currently co-chair of the Digital Exhibits Working Group, developing a new online exhibits platform for use by library staff, and has been a member of the teams developing Apotheca, the administrative end of the library's digital repository, and the recent refresh of the library's catalog.

Alyssa spent 10 years as the Web and Media Specialist at the University Archives & Records Center until its merger with the Penn Libraries.

Alyssa holds a BFA in Photography & Digital Imaging from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, a BS in Computer Science from CUNY Brooklyn College, and an MA in Art Education from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
