Carrie believes in the power of collections to build meaningful connections. She manages the Penn Libraries Gift in Kind program, helping to expand and strengthen the collection.

Previously Carrie held positions at a range of cultural institutions including the Winterthur Museum, Garden & Libraries, the Decorative Arts Trust and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Throughout her career she has curated collections and developed lasting relationships with institutional supporters.

Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and History from the George Washington University and a master’s degree in material culture from the Winterthur Program at the University of Delaware.
