Claire Pitts

Reporting to the Vice Provost and Director of Libraries, Claire supports the daily functions of the office, provides a broad range of administrative support, and serves as a point of contact for collaboration with Penn constituents, the Penn Libraries Development Team, representatives of national library organizations, and beyond. Claire also assists with the monthly staff newsletter.

Before coming to Penn, Claire worked at Fireball Printing in Philadelphia. Previously, she worked as an outreach coordinator at a housing non-profit in upstate New York. While there, she ran several community art initiatives and learned how to make empowering, collaborative work within neighborhoods.

Claire is a graduate of Headlong Performance Institute and holds a BFA from Alfred University.
