Jay is responsible for access to and acquisition of serials in both physical and online formats. Jay came to Penn in November 2016 and previously worked in serial and monographic acquisitions and cataloging in both academic and public libraries. Jay holds an MLIS from Valdosta State University and a BA in Philosophy and Religion from Appalachian State University.
