Sylvie manages Penn Libraries' Interlibrary Loan, Borrow Direct, and E-ZBorrow services, as well as Books By Mail and Scan & Deliver.

Sylvie previously worked in Document Delivery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's Medical Library. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Long Island University, a Bachelor of English from Ithaca College, and an Associates of Liberal Arts from Holyoke Community College. Sylvie believes that the duty of librarianship is to provide accurate and trusted information to all who seek it out.
