Xinyi(Bella) Min (she/her) is a Student Statistical Software Consultant in the Research Data & Digital Scholarship department. Currently pursuing her MS in Social Policy and Data Analysis at the University of Pennsylvania, she brings expertise in Python, R, GIS tools, and data visualization software to her work. 

Xinyi(Bella) has served as a research assistant at the BEGIN Lab, a data analyst at The Housing Collective, and an intern with the UN Global Compact, where she contributed to advancing the SDGs. She believes in the power of data to uncover meaningful trends and drive impactful policies that maximize societal welfare. Her work bridges quantitative analysis and social impact, employing computational methods to address critical issues in public health, community development, and gender equality. Passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights, she thrives at the intersection of analytics and policy—turning evidence into smarter, more equitable decision-making.
