The Tech Center is a technology support service collaboratively created and managed by the Libraries and Information Systems & Computing (ISC). Its goal is to help the Penn community successfully navigate issues like identity management, software support, platforms in the cloud, network privacy, and a constantly changing array of hardware and operating systems - as well as specific Library technologies, like EZproxy, or printing in public labs.
