This collection includes the complete contents of the landmark letterpress edition of the papers, with nearly 35,000 documents across 69 volumes.

Wilson oversaw one of the most important chapters in the Progressive movement, approving the Federal Reserve Act, establishing the Fair Trade Commission, and endorsing women’s right to vote. Wilson also presided over America’s involvement in the first World War and envisioned a “Wilsonian” policy of global democracy.

This is part of the Rotunda American History Collection, which allows one to search the papers of presidents and other formative figures such as: Washington, Hamilton, Adams, Jay, Jefferson, Madison, Marshall, Jackson and Grant.
