Alma System Management

Library services during winter break: Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center will be closed on 12/25 and on 1/1-1/2, and will be open all other weekdays between 12/25 and 1/1. All other libraries will be closed from 12/25 to 1/4. Circulation of books and materials, as well as other services, will also be affected. See our Service Alerts for more details.

Charge

The ALMA Team, reporting to the Leadership Team, is a cross-organizational, standing team with responsibility for library management system services provided for and by the Libraries. The primary responsibility of the ALMA Team is to continue to integrate and optimize ALMA into the operations of the Penn Libraries.
