Andy develops, collects, synthesizes, and analyzes key organizational data and processes in order to inform decision-making, forecasting and workflow efficiencies. He is also the point person for the Libraries’ compliance obligations to associations, federal agencies, and campus programs such as the Security and Privacy Impact Assessment. In addition, he works with project teams to implement project management regimes and analytical processes that optimize outcomes and ensure the effective assessment of project goals, milestones and deliverables.

Prior to his arrival at Penn Libraries, Andy was a key member of the strategic teams at Temple University and Health system, and Johns Hopkins Medicine. In these roles, he contributed to the creation implementation and assessment of strategic plans and projects. Earlier in his career, Andy was a NASDAQ market maker.

Andy received his MBA and Master of Public health from Rutgers University and his Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
