As a member of CETLI's instructional design and technology team, Rachel (she/her) collaborates with instructors and academic units to support the effective use of instructional technology tools, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to align with evidence-based teaching and learning practices. She partners with Penn schools and centers to support all phases of instructional technology adoption, from identifying promising tools through piloting, implementation at scale, technical support and education, and continuing evaluation.
