For Coffee With A Codex on June 5, Curator Dot Porter will bring out will bring out Ms. Codex 696, a collection of theological texts written in Germany between approximately 1250 and 1399.

An informal lunch or coffee time to meet virtually with Kislak curators and talk about one of the manuscripts from Penn's collections. Each week we'll feature a different manuscript and the expertise of one of our curators. Everyone is welcome to attend.

On June 5, Curator Dot Porter will bring out will bring out Ms. Codex 696, a collection of theological texts written in Germany between approximately 1250 and 1399. It contains texts by a variety of authors including Bernard of Clairvaux, Pope Innocent III, and Saint Anselm, and is written in at least five different hands.
