Introduction to Bookbinding: Saddle stitch, accordions and single page books

This workshop explores the fundamentals of hand bookbinding, including basic sewing and paper-folding skills, vocabulary, and the use of bookbinding tools. We will create three unique book structures: the pamphlet, an accordion, and a single-page book. You can use what you learn in this workshop to practice many other forms of bookbinding, including more advanced structures. All materials provided; no experience necessary.
