A bilingual English/Spanish website linking to primary source materials related to the Chocó region of Colombia, the Colombian Pacific, and the African diaspora.
Archivo Afro is one outcome of a ongoing, long-term partnership with Fundación Muntú Bantú Memory Center for Documentation and Afrodiasporic Materialities in the Chocó region of Colombia. This site makes rare primary source materials on the Chocó region, the Colombian Pacific, and the African diaspora more widely accessible to stakeholder communities and scholars of the region. Other exhibits, publications, and projects are also featured on the site.
