Poster Printing Guides

Students, faculty, and staff can print posters at the Vitale Digital Media Lab and the Bollinger Digital Fabrication Lab. Here's what you need to know to get started.

Looking for a basic printer, copier, or scanner instead? Find them in library locations across campus.

Bollinger Digital Fabrication Lab

The Bollinger Digital Fabrication Lab is located in Holman Biotech Commons.

Make an appointment for in-person printing or submit online.
Payment options: Credit cards or Penn departmental accounts (prior setup required). No cash, checks, Penncash, departmental copy cards, or CHOP departmental accounts.

Vitale Digital Media Lab

The Vitale Digital Media Lab is located in the Weigle Information Commons on the 1st floor of Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center.

In-person printing only (no poster submissions accepted by email). Arrive during lab's open hours at least 1 hour before closing.
Design consultations available on request.
Payment options: PennCash, Penn departmental accounts (prior setup required).
