Cynthia initiates and supports digital projects, scholarship, and programs that center community partnerships and public engagement. She consults with audiences on and beyond campus to actively facilitate opportunities for equitable collaboration, resource sharing, and critical inquiry in the digital realm.
In June 2026, Penn Libraries hosted a free, in-person supplementary Regional Hub for the virtual Association for Computers and the Humanities (ACH) 2026 conference, bringing together digital humanities scholars across the Mid-Atlantic region.
