The fourth floor of Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center is home to the Otto E. Albrecht Music Library and its related circulating collections, the Ormandy Music and Media Center, and two exhibit spaces: the Class of 1967 Exhibition Gallery and the Ormandy Music Gallery. In the Ormandy Music and Media Center, you can find reservable recording booths and borrow musical instruments, among many other services.

Call number range and subjects covered:

  • NX (Fine Arts Multidisciplinary)
  • P-Z (Literature and Languages, Science, Medicine, Agriculture, Technology, Military Science, Naval Science, Bibliography and Library Science)
  • M (Music)
  • Latin American, Slavic, and East European Studies. These materials can be consulted on site but cannot be checked out.
  • Reference materials related to East Asian, South Asian, and Middle Eastern Studies. Please note: These non-circulating materials are currently in transit from the fifth floor to the fourth floor. If you can't find what you're looking for, fill out our request form and we will find you a copy.

Oversized books and the Yarnell Theology Library Collection are also located on this floor.
