As Director of Acquisitions, Access and Licensing, Jeanne leads the team that acquires and provides access to research materials meant to support University’s missions of the teaching, research, and learning. She and her team are responsible for the acquisitions of resources in all formats, with exclusive responsibilities for e-resource licensing and management. Jeanne also provides oversight and coordination for the expenditures of the Library’s collection budget, serves as liaison between the Libraries and their materials vendors and publishers, and is responsible for the complex and legalistic review and negotiation of the business and use terms for electronic resource license.

Jeanne holds an MLIS from Drexel University, from Temple University she holds a BA in Art History, with concentrations in both philosophy and painting.
